THRIVING WITH ADHD DURING THE HOLIDAYS!
Saturday November 23rd at 9am pst, 12pm est and 4pm UK
Hosted by Sam Led + Dr. Stacy Berman
If you are already overwhelmed with the idea of the holidays (as a result of ADHD) this workshop is for you.
In this 90-minute workshop we will explore what is possible when we take our mind and thinking less seriously and discover our innate intelligence and wisdom underneath the daily dose of noise in an ADHD mind. We will uncover powerful insights into how shifting our relationship with our thoughts can unlock inner peace and happiness, empowering you to navigate the holidays season with greater ease.
Do You Experience…
Holiday overwhelm leaves you exhausted. You find it hard to manage multiple holiday demands, leaving you feeling drained instead of joyful.
Social gatherings are stressful. You often feel anxious or overstimulated by holiday events, making it challenging to stay present and enjoy time with loved ones.
You struggle with keeping routines. The changes in schedule during the holidays make it tough to maintain routines that keep you grounded, causing increased chaos and frustration.
You experience heightened emotional sensitivity. The holidays can bring up intense emotions, making it hard to manage stress, anger, or feelings of inadequacy.
In This Workshop We Will…
Gain a better understanding on how to stay grounded and present during the holidays to reduce overwhelm.
Learn how to reconnect with your body and become more attuned to your physical and emotional experiences before they lead to emotional overwhelm.
Explore ways for releasing built-up stress and resetting your nervous system in a matter of minutes.
Gain a new understanding of how our preconceived judgements, societal conditioning, and self created belief systems about ADHD make us we feel insecure, misunderstood, and broken.
Explore an understanding of what a boundary is and how that can help during the holidays.
