Why ADHD is a Blessing and Not a Curse
We have a swiss army knife of a neurodiverse ADHD mind that you always have access to (underneath the noise of our thinking). The more you notice the noise as something that has nothing on you (and nothing you need to do about it) the less you will suffer when it happens again. It's not who you are. It's just a reminder you are temporarily off course and that if you just let the noise move through you, the more you can return back to your super resourceful, brilliant Swiss army knife of a mind again.
