ADHD and Intrusive Thoughts
Not taking on intrusive thoughts calmer thinking to prevail. The more we see "intrusive thought turbulence" as an indication we are momentarily hyper-focused on the noise in our head (instead of the present moment where our peace and wellbeing is), the better we see the illusion. The better we see the illusion the more we see what's true underneath the noise of our temporary intrusive thinking.
