ADHD Exhaustion

Exhaustion from overthinking our thinking is a common feature of a high speed, albeit brilliant ADHD mind. There are ways of looking at exhaustion from a different perspective. Feeling exhausted is supposed to feel uncomfortable. It's supposed to get your attention. Exhaustion is a mind alerting us to a temporary low "state of consciousness" Exhaustion is alerting us we are  going to fast. Temporarily. That's why it's important to ignore the stories mind is creating about feeling exhausted. Simply backing off our thinking pivots us to presence. Pivoting to presence will decrease our emotional suffering in the moment. And then we are off into a whole new experience. In the fearless now.
