Harnessing Your ADHD Omnipotential with Chaya Mallavaram

In today's episode I had the pleasure of speaking with Chaya Mallavaram (www.sparklaunch.org).  She is not only a fellow brilliant ADHD'er but also a true change agent in our adult ADHD community.  Chaya's journey shifted dramatically with her son's ADHD diagnosis in 2020, revealing the broader impact of neurodiversity on individuals and their communities. Understanding the effects on parents, educators, and peers and their reciprocal influence ignited a renewed commitment to advocating neurodiversity.

As the Founder of Spark Launch, Chaya brings a deeply personal perspective to ADHD support and advocacy. Her mission is to empower the neurodivergent community in homes, schools, and workplaces through coaching and training. Regardless of neurodivergence, every mind possesses remarkable potential and warrants acknowledgment and respect.
