Breaking the ADHD Thought Speed Limit
Being okay when your mind is going too fast (and temporarily caught up) is not a requirement. It’s not the ticket to freedom. Yet it leads to less suffering.
The brain doesn’t care how uncomfortable the "experience" of a mind going really fast. But it is just thought. And experience is just experience. It's thought rising and falling. The more we see the illusion and the more "okay" we are with illusionary nature of a very fast mind the more we see it's not a big deal.
And “okay with” is also experience and it's also part of the illusion called thought. Yet your mind will convince you otherwise.
