ADHD inner wisdom manifests in the most common and uncommon places. ADHD overstimulation, distraction, paralysis, and impulsivity is all alerting us to the truth that's not found in our thinking. They are all uncomfortable love letters (they are supposedly to be) to pivot us to presence. Lean into the feeling. Let it move through you. See the illusion. This will automatically pivot you to presence. It's only when we misinterpret these uncomfortable "ADHD signals" as a problem does it lead to suffering. It's just temporary disturbed thought moving through you. There is no meaning in it. No "there there." The truth to who you are is not found in your ADHD.
