Movement as Our ADHD Superpower with Theo Necker

In today's episode I had the pleasure of speaking with Theo Necker. Theo and I explore the importance of movement and how it is beneficial for the brilliant, dopamine thirsty ADHD mind. Theo is a multi-disciplinary mover from Minden, Germany, who has a diverse practice encompassing acrobatics, tricking, yoga, Capoeira, hand-balancing and parkour. Theo is a SWF Mover and the author of our first two Movement Guides - the Press Handstand and the Pancake Stretch. You can check out Theo's practice on Instagram @mindsetoftheo
