In today's episode I had the pleasure of speaking with brilliant ADHD fitness coach Al Hyle. Al is an ADHD fitness coach who's turned his life around. He transformed his negative habits, leaving behind drugs, alcohol, and bad choices, to instead chase the positivity of workouts, nutrition, and self-improvement. Now, Al is on a mission to help others with ADHD do the same.
